.The Peoples Congress is renewable per third every three years, 15 delegates per election.. Each delegate is elected for a nine years mandate.

2007: To this election the 'College A' electors have been called to vote :

• all the world citizens registered since September 1998 until April 2007
• a third of the previously registered world citizens.

In 2010, the partial renewal of the second third of those elected by College 'B' will take place; that is to say, all the newly registered world citizens between 2007 and 2010 and a second third of the previously registered world citizens. In 2013, the partial renewal of the last third of the elected ones, by the College 'C', composed of the newly registered ones between 2010 and 2013 and a third of the previously registered world citizens.

The electoral documents

Each elector received or will receive

• A 12 pages booklet explaining about the importance of the vote and about the procedures, then for each candidate a half page presentation and objectives, and an ID photograph.
• A voting bulletin format A5 unique for all the languages.
• An anonymous envelop (election) small format
• An envelope "Reply-Paid" ordinary postal format, for the return of the envelope elections. ( free for the sender). The number of the voter or the number of the world citizen card, will be written on this envelop.

Cost of the Elections

The total cost will be around 9.300 euros that are paid by the World Citizen Registry

• Opening of the candidacy period by RECIM-info n°3 (March 2006)
• Official launching of the elections: March 18, 2007 in Magdeburg (Germany) for the equinox celebration as day of the world citizens
• Expedition of all the electoral documents to all the foreign countries except France on July 3, 2007
• Expedition of all the electoral documents to France, on July 20, 2007
• Closing of the elections on September 21, 2007, day of the equinox.
• Counting of the votes on September 22nd, 2007 in Paris
• Plenary session of the Peoples' Congress on November 2, 3 and 4, 2007 in Eben Emaël (Liège, Belgium)
