AS DELEGATES of the PEOPLES CONGRESS

Elected directly and democratically by a trans-national electorate spread over 110 countries

We are aware:

That, since its foundation, the United Nations have been unable:

  • To settle most armed conflicts
  • To protect the rights of racial minorities
  • To ensure development at planetary level
  • To set up a world policy for the environment
  • To set up a fair and stable monetary system

We declare:

  • That these important problems concerning all mankind cannot be solved by the representatives of Nations States whose private interests are too often differing
  • That only delegates, elected by the people will be able to organise a world policy.

 We demand :

The abolition of absolute nationalist regimes

To ensure the survival of mankind, the nation-state must surrender, as soon as possible ,partial delegation of power to real world institutions endowed with limited but actual power
