The Peoples Congress, first assembly of direct representatives of the earth inhabitants includes 59 delegates elected by voters from 112 countries progressively during 11 trans-national elections. It is like a shadow World Assembly of the people of the world able to establish World Institutions in order to solve the numerous problems that humanity is facing now
