We want to remind you:

That, for the last 25 years, "the mundialists" have been denouncing national sovereignty as the main cause of economic and political disorders among which the food supply crisis is undoubtedly the most scandalous

We state:

• The persistence of inadequate food supply and malnutrition among the majority of human beings
• The waste of natural resources by exhaustion and pollution especially of soil fertility and the richness of the seas

We denounce:

The Nation States governments policies, more eager to limit supplies to the markets than to satisfy the pressing needs of everyone

We affirm:

• That only new economical structures ensuring the satisfaction of primary needs and as priority those of the poorest can allow the survival of the species on our space ship: earth
• That since the moment that John Boyd Orr, World citizen, Nobel Prize-Winner, first Director-General of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) established the first project to fight the lack of food (1946) and that the governments of the Nations States were guilty of rejecting all proposals for the organisation of a world level food supply
• That is by this fact that they disqualified themselves from establishing WORLD INSTITUTIONS that would have been necessary to organise this new economical structures

We appeal

To all the world citizens, to all the organisations serving humanity to take their destiny into their own hands and to impose

THE WORLD SOLUTION THAT IS REQUIRED TO SOLVE THIS WORLD PROBLEM OF FOOD SUPPLY FOR ALL HUMAN BEINGS
